The Washington lottery took a unique look at marketing the lottery. We all know what we would do WHEN we win the lottery, at least I have a plan. This wasn't in the plan, but it certainly makes you think about allowing someone or something to experience life in a way they would have never thought possible, here by helping flightless birds on a glider so they can experience that elusive flight.
