jetBlue has an interesting website and campaign going. Asking if you are a Flyer or a Jetter. Claiming to bring humanity back to flying, jetBlue has added a funky flash intro to their site, complete with a quiz, with questions like:

and others, leading you to either the the happy young man or the the grumpy old "flyer."
Now the 64,000 question is; will this be effective? While I completely agree that the airline industry needs to be a bit more accommodating to it's passengers, and with record numbers of delayed or cancelled flight, and the non-existent customer service, I think that the general public is ready for a change. I recently was in Europe and flew from Amsterdam to Bologna, Italy and as I don't recall the exact airline, I was completely blown away. Customer service, in-flight complementary (good) food and drink (yes alcohol!) and just a general overall happy and helpful crew. You go jetBlue, and Happy Jetting to you!
